Getting Down from a Chair

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a double-sided folded booklet which visualises both of the outer and inner signs while undergoing a panic attack. The aim of this project is to help the general public as well as those who experience a panic attack to gain more knowledge and understand better about this condition by including multiple perspectives in one narrative.

The pieces on the left side which have the grey coloured background blocks are the visualisations of the overall bigger movements of the individual, and the blocks with the skin colour background are the visuals of the individual's smaller gestures.

The pieces on the right side which have the pink coloured background blocks are the visualisations of the illusions happen in the individual's mind while experiencing a panic attack, the blocks with the yellow colour background are the graphics of the MRI scans of the brain under this suffering, and the blocks with the green colour background are the visual of the heart beat when one is suffered from the panic attack.
There is a case to store the booklet and to give the readers some hints about what this booklet is about and how it works.
